Onsite Registration and $10 Physicals
Our good friends at Celebration Pediatrics have been kind enough to provide $10 physicals again for our participants this year! The event takes place
Thursday March 29th 5pm - 7pm at Celebration Pediatrics. The only requirement is that your child is fully registered and this is a great opportunity to get your registration completed for 2012!
New for this year - we are now accepting credit cards. If you would like to take care of your registration fees with a credit card please do so at this event.
How to participate in $10 physicals:
Send an email to
troy@celebrationyouthfootball.com with a time below that you'd like to schedule the physical for your child. Bring your child, registration payment (or Register Online, $10 and a copy of his/her birth certificate - and we'll see you Thursday!:

2012 Registration is Open
It's time for some football and cheerleading! Early
Registration is open now through April 1 (no fools!) - that
means you can get registered at a discounted rate while also
securing a spot for your football player or cheerleader on one of
the exclusive Celebration Pop Warner teams!
Early Registration Fee is $125 ($25 discount) You can pay via Paypal on our ONLINE REGISTRATION or pay via Credit Card during on of our Onsite Registrations or Paperwork/Physical sessions.
