Participation in the Celebration Cheer and Dance Program provides kids an opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised, safety-oriented environment. Our programs emphasize fun for all and encourage the development of qualities important long after Pop Warner days are gone. Apply at the bottom of this page for Head or Assistant Coaching

2010 Cheer Coaches Expectations

Parents and prospective coaches should read and understand the high-level expectations for our cheer coaches. There is a short list of expectations:

  • Complete CYFL Volunteer Application Download
  • Agree to submit appliction for background check
  • Personal interview with CYFL Cheer Coordinator
  • Attend mandatory Mid-Florida Conference Coaching Clinics
  • Attend CYFL Board Meetings during season (if needed by your team)
  • Host or attend mandatory parents meeting prior to first practice
