Registration for the 2012 Season

2012 Registration Policies

  • Registration CLOSES AS OF MIDNIGHT JULY 16, 2012
  • Register early to get a better selection of jersey numbers for your football player.  Each jersey number selection will be granted to children in the order of paid registrations - if you are the third paid registration we have then you get the third selection of jersey numbers for your football player!
  • Registration Fee for 2012 is $150 – early payment and sibling discounts are available
  • Volunteer Requirements for Parents: All parents of participants will be required to volunteer two hours per registered child
  • Volunteer buyout option: Parents may buy out the two hour volunteer requirement for a total of $40 for one child, $65 for two registered children or $80 for three or more registered children.
  • Tiny Mite Football Roster Policy: Registration applications will be accepted from all kids ages 5-7 meeting the weight criteria. The roster size is limited and a wait list may be implemented based on demand. The exact process for determining Tiny Mite roster eligibility will be determined by the CYFL Board
  • Paper Registrations: May be mailed to CYFL 52 Riley Road Box 308, Celebration, FL  34747.  Please make checks payable to CYFL
  • Sibling discounts: $25 for each child after a fully paid child. For example – if you have three children, $150 for child 1, $125 for child 2 and $125 for child 3
  • Financial Assistance for Registration Fees is available: Please contact us for further information
  • Cancel/Refund Policy: Must cancel registration by Saturday Aug. 4 to get a full refund. No refunds for withdrawal after Aug. 4.
