Early Registration: Feb 22 - Mar 14
Early Registration starts at noon on Feb. 22 - online registration will be available at that time and paper registrations may also be dropped off at the address listed below
1. $25 discount when the $125 Registration Fee is paid in full and all documentation except report cards & physicals are completed by the end of Early Registration Period2. $25 sibling discount applies for each child after the first fully paid child
3. In order to complete early registration for discount the following items are required by the end of the Early Registration Period:
a. $150 Registration fee less Early Registration discounts plus (if applicable) sibling discounts – all paid in full
b. Completed and signed 2010 player/parent contract(s)
c. Birth Certificate(s)
d. Photo of child (2x2 including headshot)
e. Acknowledgement that report cards and physicals are due by June 30
4. Team registration is based on first come, first served basis – wait lists will be created as teams fill up
5. Discounted Youth Physicals Available: Visit Celebration or Hunter's Creek Americas Urgent Care for $25 Youth Physicals. Ask for the Pop Warner Rate. They should have copies of our physical form on file. Click Here for locations 6.
