2010 Coaching Applications Now Being Accepted

Apply now to join the coaching staff for our 2010 teams! There is no better way to support your son than by volunteering to coach his team. Also, you don't have to be a parent to coach - we will consider anyone with a passion for coaching youth football. Apply at the bottom of this page for Head or Assistant Coaching

2010 Football Coaches Expectations

Parents and prospective coaches should read and understand the high-level expectations for our football coaches. There is much more to coaching, but this list provides some guidelines in terms of expectations.

  • Complete CYFL Volunteer Application Download
  • Agree to submit appliction for background check
  • Personal interview with CYFL Football Commissioner (Discuss Goals, Purpose and Vision)
  • Attend mandatory speed, agility and football skill clinics
  • Attend mandatory Mid-Florida Conference Coaching Clinics
  • Attend CYFL Board Meetings during season (if needed by your team)
  • Learn the Celebration High Football System
  • Serve 2 or more events/efforts to register kids into CYFL
  • Host or attend mandatory parents meeting prior to first practice
